Literally Autism

MM's new fascination is directions, maps, countries, continents, etc. She always asks "where is this, where is that". We were getting dressed after her bath.

MM: Mommy, where is Argentina?
Me: In South America.
MM: Mommy, where is China?
Me: In Asia
MM: Mommy, where is Antarctica?
Me: Meghatron, I think we need to get you a worl.d atl.as or a globe. Do you know what a globe is?
MM: It's a sphere. (with duh intonation, like why are YOU asking me this?)

Me: stunned silence, then a chuckle

Circumference of the Earth at the equator is 25,000 miles... Earth rotates about 1000mph and travels around the sun at 67,000mph...
