Those Dreaded 3 Letters

Yes.
I can't believe it. Time sure has flown by. It's been a year already.

I.

E.

P.

Trying my best not to stress. Haven't spent days & days preparing like I've done in the past. I'm hoping my reverse strategy works & that I come out with more since I went in with way less. Will let you know if my plan backfires.

To all those who are getting IPADS for their children for school use, I am sooooooo green with envy! I can only dream....

One of the many reasons I'm so glad Jack's not in school. Wishing you lots of luck and .. relaxing vibes ... and chocolate ... and an iPad - just curious - what would you use it for?

@ Brenda- we would use it for her homework, her daily schedules, her worksheets. Essentially since she has nonfunctional handwriting, use it for all of that. It would also help her with transitions cause they could load the schedule. There are tons of things they are using them for in special ed now. Our district is very behind & lacking in funds though, so just a pipe dream

Just found your blog. Wow - an iPad for school? When our little one gets a bit older that might be just the ticket for him -though I don't know if his district is using them at all yet. He has CP (spastic diplegia), mostly in his legs, but his handwriting is poor, and he writes very slowly. And of course, he already wants an iPad. Hope your IEP meeting worked out ok.
